The
PowerScore 2004 LSATs Deconstructed is the only resource
on the market that provides readers with an advanced system
for attacking every logic game, logical reasoning, and reading
comprehension question on the June, October, and December
2004 LSATs. The purpose of this book is to give readers a
better understanding of the methods and procedures of the
test makers by deconstructing every question in three actual
Law School Admission Tests (LSATs). PowerScore strongly believes
that by studying the logic behind each question, students
will increase their ability to perform well on the LSAT.
The three
tests contained in this book—the June 2004 LSAT, the
October 2004 LSAT, and the December 2004 LSAT—are the
three released LSAT PrepTests from the year 2004. The fourth
test from that year—the February 2004 LSAT—was
not released and thus the text of that exam is not available.
The use of real questions while preparing is essential to
success on the LSAT, and no question in this book has been
modified from its original form. All of the methods and techniques
discussed in the book use methodology also found in the PowerScore
Logic Games Bible and Logical Reasoning Bible.
General LSAT tips and strategies are also included.
This one-of-a-kind
book contains explanations of each problem, including explanations
of the correct answer choices and explanations of the incorrect
answer choices, to greatly increase readers’ chances
of recognizing patterns present within the LSAT. Also included
is a brief overview of each section on the LSAT, information
on how the LSAT is scored, uses of the LSAT in law school
admissions, and how to approach each section of the test,
plus a glossary of terms, and a brief overview of the concepts
that appear on the LSAT.
If students
are looking to further improve their LSAT score, we also recommend
the renowned PowerScore LSAT Logic Games Bible and
PowerScore LSAT Logical Reasoning Bible. The Logic
Games Bible contains our system for attacking the Analytical
Reasoning section of the LSAT. The Logical Reasoning Bible
details the PowerScore approach to the Logical Reasoning sections
of the LSAT. When the two are combined, they provide a formidable
methodology for attacking the test. This same system is covered
in the live classes taught by PowerScore, and all of the methods
and techniques discussed in these books have been tested in
classroom situations over many years.
In addition,
PowerScore offers another book entitled the PowerScore
Ultimate Setups Guide, also for the Logic Games Section
of the test. The Ultimate Setups Guide provides complete
setups for every released LSAT game from February 1995 to
December 2002.The LSAT Bibles are available through our website
at www.powerscore.com
and at fine retailers everywhere.
