Which LSAT Course Should I Take?

Compare the PowerScore Full-Length, Weekend, and Virtual Courses.

You will learn the same concepts and techniques in each course, but if you have the time and live near a class location, we definitely recommend the PowerScore Full-Length LSAT course. The extensive schedule allows us to cover every important LSAT concept in detail. This comprehensive course is best if you prefer the energy and motivation of a small group setting, have weeks to prepare, and like a structured study environment. At $1195 for 80 hours of live course time, and over 45 hours of online teaching sessions, our Full-Length course is an incredible value, especially when you consider that your LSAT score will likely impact your choice of Law School and ultimately your starting salary after you graduate.

For some students, time, location, and budget will dictate that they take the Weekend Course. The Weekend course is best if you need a quick jumpstart into your LSAT preparation, need to refine your LSAT techniques and approaches, or don’t have much time to prepare. We give you the basic tools, but they will be most effective if you are disciplined and will practice the techniques (do the homework!) after the weekend is over. Many of our competitors offer supposedly longer courses with a similar number of lecture hours…this one is just condensed in to 2 full days.

If you don’t live near one of our class locations, or if you prefer to take a class from the comfort of your home or office, the Virtual LSAT Course is a perfect solution. This live, online course offers you the structure and group interaction of a classroom course, without any schedule restrictions or travel requirements. You are able to hear the instructor, see notes and questions on the online whiteboard, ask questions both verbally and by instant messenger, and interact with the instructor and fellow students by using the headset we provide. The course is highly interactive and allows for extensive personal attention.

We put together this comparison chart to give you all of the facts so that you can decide on your own. Whether you choose our Full-Length, Weekend, or Virtual LSAT course, you will be on your way to a higher LSAT score. Remember, it’s your future…prepare for it!

COMMENTS

LSAT FULL-LENGTH
"I just wanted to thank PowerScore and its employees for putting together such an incredible program. I had taken the LSAT's once before and scored a 154. On the second try, after a PowerScore class taught by a most qualified instructor, I raised my score to 170. Thank you."

Russell Jarem
Providence, RI

LSAT WEEKEND
"The course was a definite help. My first score on a sample test before the course was a 149. After taking the weekend course, doing all the homework, and taking 6 of the 8 full-length practice tests I scored a 166 (95th percentile). If you're willing to do the work it will definitely help."

Brad Glick
Philadelphia, PA

LSAT VIRTUAL
“The technology as well as the detailed instruction was very intuitive and rewarding. I especially liked the archived classes. It was like having my own transcription service.”
