Custom Courses

Classes not available in your area? Organize a custom course in your neighborhood and receive a free class!

Students are sometimes unable to attend a PowerScore SAT Course due to location conflicts or scheduling issues. In these instances, we welcome the opportunity to work with students, parents, teachers, or counselors to create a course specifically for your school or group. We offer two types of custom classes:

OPEN COURSE: An Open Custom Course consists of at least 10 students. You can host the course at your facility (such as a school, office, or conference room), or PowerScore can locate and provide the classroom space. We will add this course to our website, allowing other students in your area to enroll.

PRIVATE COURSE: A Private Custom Course consists of at least 10 students, and your school or group must provide the classroom facility. This course will not be advertised and is closed to any enrollment other than the students you specify.

Custom Courses are subject to instructor availability, and the non-refundable full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the course. Please note that group discounts do not apply to Custom Courses.

Free Course: Students, parents, or counselors who organize a Custom Course are eligible for one free enrollment in that course. The free enrollment can be used by the student coordinator, the son or daughter of a parent organizer, or a student designated by a counselor. Some counselors choose to award the free enrollment to a scholarship recipient or a contest winner.

To inquire about instituting an Open or Private Custom Course in your area, please call us at (800) 545-1750 or contact us by e-mail.
