The PowerScore Weekend SAT Course consists of four sessions of three hours each. Sessions I and II are taught on Saturday, and Sessions III and IV are taught on Sunday. The total in-class instruction time is twelve hours. The Weekend SAT Course focuses on the techniques, strategies, and shortcuts you need to score well.
Before the course, students are sent the “The Official SAT Study Guide for the New SAT.” This critical text contains hundreds of real SAT questions from the test makers. Students are also given access to our exclusive Online Student Center, which contains math and verbal pre-course sections to help you get up to speed on a variety of SAT concepts.
At the course, you receive our comprehensive SAT textbook, which contains extensive discussions of SAT techniques and questions. The following syllabus is used in the PowerScore SAT Course:
