Shipping Information

PowerScore uses the following shipping service providers

Domestic (U.S.): UPS & USPS
Canada: UPS
International (non-Canadian): UPS
APO/FPO/DPO: USPS 

Non-expedited orders placed by 4:30 PM ET—including all orders using any U.S. Postal Service shipping method—will typically be shipped no later than close of business one business day after the order is placed. Transit times for non-expedited orders typically range from 2-4 business days.

Expedited shipments for orders placed M-F before 11:45 AM ET will be shipped the same day. Expedited shipments for orders placed M-F after 11:45 AM ET will be shipped the next business day. Transit times will be commensurate with the service level selected.

PowerScore accepts orders 24 hours a day, seven day per week. Those orders are processed M-F 8AM-4:30PM, except as limited by common non-shipping holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Info

PowerScore offers both UPS and USPS shipping services for our customers.

UPS Domestic Service Levels offered by PowerScore:

  • Ground: 50 United States & Puerto Rico.
  • 3rd Business Day (3 Day Select): 48 Contiguous United States (Not available in HI, PR & AK).
  • 2nd Business Day (2nd Day Air): 50 United States & Puerto Rico.
  • Next Business Day (Next Day Air): 50 United States & Puerto Rico.
  • UPS typically delivers on a five-day business week schedule, Monday-Friday; however, some locations also offer Saturday delivery without additional charge. Please note that PowerScore cannot guarantee Saturday delivery (free or otherwise) to any specific location. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact our office for UPS Saturday delivery rates, where available.

To determine transit time for UPS delivery, you can visit the UPS website at www.ups.com and under the "Shipping" tab, select "Calculate Time and Cost," enter “41051” in the “Ship From” area and your zip code in the “Ship To” area. You can also contact PowerScore Customer Service at 1-800-545-1750. Please note that if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For those that prefer it, we also offer Priority Mail shipping through the USPS. Advertised transit times via USPS Priority Mail domestic shipping are 1-3 business days, although this is not guaranteed. Priority Mail transit times cover all 50 US States including APO/FPO boxes and US territories. USPS typically delivers on a six-day business week schedule Monday-Saturday excluding holidays.

COURSE MATERIAL SHIPMENT:

For students that choose “Free Shipping/No Shipping Charges,” your course materials should arrive in 3-8 business days. Please be aware of course start dates as you may need to upgrade to an expedited shipping method.

PUBLICATION SHIPMENT:

If you have selected “Free Shipping/No Shipping Charges,” the shipping method used will be at PowerScore’s discretion and should arrive in approximately 5 business days.

Canadian Shipping Info

When ordering from PowerScore, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all Canadian laws and regulations.

Packages will be shipped via UPS. Canadian customers will not be subject to Customs Brokerage Fees. However, orders that are shipped to Canada may still be subject to GST, PST or HST. Since PowerScore plays no role in collecting nor do we receive any portion of these additional charges we cannot control them or predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from province to province; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Time in transit from our Distribution Center in Independence, KY, U.S. to all delivery destinations in Canada is estimated at 3-8 business days. Please note that if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete or additional customs clearance procedures or additional contacts by the shipping provider with package recipients for tax payment are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International (Non-Canadian) Shipping Info

When ordering from PowerScore, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

UPS is our primary shipping method for all orders shipping outside of the United States and its territories, excluding Canada. The service level provided is as follows:

Worldwide Expedited: International Locations outside the US and Canada.

These shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by UPS and the destination country in addition to any shipping charges already paid to PowerScore. Any additional charges for customs clearance and all taxes levied by the destination country must be borne by the recipient; since PowerScore plays no role in collecting nor do we receive any portion of these additional charges we cannot control them or predict what they may be.
